WILTON HIGH SCHOOL BOYS LACROSSE TRAINING REGISTRATION
PHASE II OFF-SEASON TRAINING
Phase II: Monday, January 10 - Saturday, March 19th (10 Weeks)
Session Rate: $20/session (3 sessions per week)
Total Cost: $600 (plus sales tax)*
*Note that if you notified SPU to cancel or reschedule a session, that credit will applied to your Phase II and will be reflected in the charge. If you missed a session without notifying us, that session will not have been credited forward.
Players will attend the weekly team workout on Saturday mornings at 8am, and pick 2 additional times of their own choosing to attend their other 2 workouts during our regular available training hours. In the case that a player cannot make the 8am workout, whether due to holiday closings or personal conflict, they can select a 3rd time during our regular available training hours.
Team Workout Day: Saturdays, 8am
Regular Training Hours: Weekdays 3-8pm, Saturdays 9am-12pm
If you have not yet attended, you will need to schedule your analysis prior to your first workout. This process takes 10-15 minutes, and allows us to write customized training programs for every player.
How Long Are Workouts?
Workouts generally last 60-75 minutes
Can I Adjust My Schedule in the Future?
Yes, we can make adjustments to your schedule in case you have a conflict; please just let us know in advance if you need to make a change
Can I Pay in Installments?
Yes, just select the Paypal option for your payment option, and you will have the ability to pay in installments
Are Workouts Supervised?
Yes, workouts are always supervised by an SPU Coach or Coaches, and players will be taught how to properly execute exercises.
