Speed, agility, and footwork are all essential athletic aspects of Soccer. The sport requires strength and conditioning training in both aerobic and anaerobic fitness as it combines short explosive bursts with long-distance running. Primarily, strengthening muscles around the ankles, knees, and hips is key to boosting your game.

Standard soccer functional movements include box jumps, Fartlek runs, and agility ladder work. Starting with a personalized biomechanical analysis, SPU will create a training regiment to improve individual athletic performance, translating to team success on the field.

  • We take factors such as age, gender, sport, and injury history into account to develop custom training regiments for each athlete.
