Unique Demands of Lacrosse
One of the most primitive games known to man, lacrosse has seen great advancements in the way athletes train and prepare. Speed, agility, and endurance are paramount when it comes to lax. The sport combines aerobic functions such as jogging and moving away from the ball, as well as anaerobic functions such as sprinting in transition and using a deke to lose a defender in/around the attack zone.
Athletes can expect to perform exercises such as medicine ball throws, rows, and battle rope work to when training for lacrosse.
