Unique Demands of Golf


Like many sports, golf requires serious levels of balance, flexibility and rotational strength. The core, which includes back, chest, and abdominals, should be the main focus in golf performance training. Common exercises include mini-band walk, inverted hamstring stretch, and World's Greatest Stretch.

​These movements and others will increase the power and swiftness of your swing, while improving overall strength and stability. Starting with a personalized biomechanical analysis, SPU will devise a training plan that will take your game to the next level.

  • We take factors such as age, gender, sport, and injury history into account to develop custom training regiments for each athlete.

  • Individual's performance levels are evaluated and workouts are adjusted accordingly.
  • We provide athletes with educational resources on lifestyle habits such as nutrition and sleep in order to maintain high level health.
