Louis attended Stamford High where he was a member of the varsity soccer team all four years, and competed for Revolution United FC from 2015-2017. He continued his passion for soccer by playing on the club team at Mercy College where he Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Physiology in May 2021. In his last year at Mercy, Louis completed an internship from March-May with SportPerformanceU, where he later became a full time employee in July 2021. Louis is Exercise Physiology certified through the American College of Sport Medicine and a Fundamental Movement System Trainee.
