Baseball's Unique Demands

​Your road to becoming a 5 tool player starts with the way you train. Though positions vary, pitching, hitting and throwing all require high levels of balance and rotational strength, along with a stable core and explosive lower half.

We'll work to increase overall strength, speed on the base paths, bat speed and mobility to help you reach your highest potential as a ball player. Starting with a personalized biomechanical integrity analysis, SPU will create a training regiment to improve individual athletic performance, translating to team success on the field.

  • We take factors such as age, gender, sport, and injury history into account to develop custom training regiments for each athlete.

  • Individual's performance levels are evaluated and workouts are adjusted accordingly.
  • We provide athletes with educational resources on lifestyle habits such as nutrition and sleep in order to maintain high level health.
  • We also offer in-house physical therapy through our board certified staff to get athletes back to action.
